TNA iMPACT Wrestling Show 17/11/2016

The trio, James Storm, Bram and Eddie Kingston, the DCC was ready to take over TNA with their new gimmick in the last episode. This episode showcased their new persona with flair.

Eddie Edwards in-ring promo:
Eddie had to addressed on the last week's attack. Hence, Eddie cut a brave promo. He needed to be more fierce with the mic. As of then, he looked like an underdog despite his efforts to show himself as the stronger guy. The DCC and Jeff Hardy's involvement with Eddie has a potential of a good storyline. The eye to eye stare of James Storm and Jeff Hardy seemed a little off but it spoke a lot. I liked how TNA was still using Billy Corgan's "the boss" gimmick even after his departure. This had to handled.

Jessie Goddarz vs. Aron Rex:
It was a nice slow-paced match. Aron Rex's work near the ring apron and outside the ring was wonderful. The eye raking segment was aptly placed in the match. It proved that even Jessie could conjure up a fierce-no-bullshit-all-business performance.

Backstage promo of Laurel-Sienna-Maria-Allie:
Allie has been cutting funny promos every single time. Allie and Maria create an awesome duo. Sienna still needed to give more effort on narrating the storyline.

Gail Kim's backstage promo:
This was shocking. Gail Kim forfeiting her title preceded by how she called out Jade last week to give charge of the knockout division suggested that Gail will be retiring soon. That would be devastating for all TNA fans.

Sienna-Laurel vs Brandi Rhodes-Madison Rayne:
Brandi's entrance was beautiful. She was indeed showing her sexy side. Brandi was required to prove her wrestling skills. Sienna and Madison showed great fierceness. Laurel's knowledge of the industry made her sexier when she was in action and even when she was out of action. Brandi was a little stiff initially but later she compensated with the fast and furious segment with Sienna. It was a beautifully performed match by the four wonderful women.

Broken Matt's World:
This segment was about Matt's addiction of "Delete" and his show of amnesia symptoms. Rebi looked hot. She is the goddess of sexiness in TNA. Broken Matt losing his brokenness and madness implies some new art by Matt is ready to surface in the upcoming episodes.

EC3 vs. Trevor Lee vs. Bobby Lashley vs. Mike Bennet (No.1 contender match for World Championship):
This was a clever stipulation. All four wrestlers pulled off an awe-inspiring match. Especially, Trevor Lee and Mike Bennet stole the show with neat execution as individual performers and amazing chemistry as a tag team. Meanwhile, Lashley, the powerhouse, threw Trevor Lee into EC3 with such ease. Trevor Lee's Drop Kick was as clean as Ellsworth's No Chin Music. The final segment with Lashley's spear, Bennet's Super Kick, Spine Busters, Trevor Lee reversing Spear with his Collison Course, Kick on the face of EC3 and the over-the-top-rope amazing jump: Made me speechless.

Fact of Life Show:
Eli Drake's promo and Fact of Life show have been of top class. EC3's claim of TNA being close to becoming the most competitive show was not false. But TNA still requires more light and more Marks to thrive in the competition.

Jade's backstage Promo and Search for Rosemary:
It was a bit childish. The promo with the Decay was nice but Jade searching for Rosemary segment could have been more interesting. A request to the TNA writers: Please don't ruin this wonderful wrestler's career with bad promos. Nevertheless, we can expect a lot from the Steel Cage match between Jade and Rosemary; I can't wait for it.

Basile Baraka vs. Mahabali Shera:
Shera's Camel Clutch was cool. The match obviously showed how Shera has improved his pro wrestling skills. Al Snow entered the ring to kick the hell out of the Tribunals. Even at his age, he showed a lot of fierceness. "Al Show still has it".

Jeff Hardy-Eddie Edwards vs. DCC (Handicapped Match):
Jeff Hardy's entrance without his tattoos was saddening. :( Eddie's over-the-top-rope jump followed by Jeff's turnbuckle jump was the holy shit moment of the match. Kingston proved his hard-hitting skills and susceptibility to take falls. Eddie's suplex into the two Steel Chairs was a never-seen moment. It was a brave work by Kingston to take that kind of painful fall. Bram's DDT to Eddie onto the table: No words. The match was a complete package of brutality, chaos and awesomeness.

WWE NXT Show 16/11/2016

This was the last episode before the long-awaited NXT Takeover.

Liv Morgan vs. Peyton Royce (w. Billie Kay):
The Australian women have already established themselves with their awesome entrance, alluring beauty and fierce wrestling style. Peyton's submission lock on Liv across the rope was awesome. Similarly, Liv's Guillotine submission move looked painful. These women, the next generation of WWE, are living up to the story-line. On a final note of the match, one can dare to say that Ember, the fiery, Moon has been a force to reckon with.

Elias Samson vs. Nathan Crew:
It was an okayish squash match for the returning talent Samson. Samson needed to work with the live crowd more; he lacked taunting, impromptu moves etc.- Connection with the crowd is the most important part in pro wrestling, which is very well represented in 50 OMG Moments of ECW.

Andrade Cien Almas vs. Cedric Alexander:
Andrade pulled off a graceful pose every time he dodged a move. Hence, the initial segment of the match looked awe-inspiring. Cedric's slaps to the chest were aggressive and properly executed by the two performers to show how impactful those slaps were. Andrade had worked a lot with his style and taunts. He brought the crowd into the match. Reverse Double Leg Pull, kicks, slaps and the work with the left arm: Andrade performed each segment with near-perfection. He gave his best in this match. Cedric was not far behind Andrade in his contribution to the match with his high-flying stuffs. Kudos should be given to the creative team too, for writing such an interesting end segment.

WWE Talking Smack Show 15/11/2016

Before reviewing this episode of Talking Smack, I would like to share my opinion on why I love this show so much. Here, we have Daniel. He is a die-hard pro-wrestling fan and he loves debates. Then we get all kinds of talents giving out their soul during their interview. We get to see their other side more often that not. This show teaches about how pro wrestling. Not many WWE programs are there which try to educate Marks like this show.
On a side note, the Undertaker is indeed back to roll in the mud.

Women's Team:
I didn't notice earlier that Nicki had lost a tooth. :O She looked like a cute silly girl. :P The SD team wanted to define themselves as Junkyard Dogs as coined by Becky. But Natalya's obsession with cats was fun to watch. Naomi was talking about the Power of Positivity. ;) It seems that the New Day is quite infectious. All girls were having a lot of fun.

In my opinion, Foley was not correct last day, when he accused Daniel having no zeal for the industry. Daniel enjoys each and every moment in WWE. An instant example would be Daniel holding two mics at once during the show; that was so hilarious.

The Miz:
He threw a powerful promo. It has become a habit of the Miz giving wonderful Promos in-ring and backstage each and every time. Daniel is, in fact, the real fan of the Miz. He is his best friend. The truth is spoken.

Daniel is always playing the card of the career slope of Heath Slater and Dolph Ziggler for why SD is better and it is one of the many true reasons of why SD is getting high TRP. :)

Edge and Ellsworth:
It was amazing to know that even Edge got the goosebump with the Undertaker's entrance. Edge confessed that he was a fan of Ellsworth. It was great to have the 5s pose of Edge and Ellsworth. Edge rightly explained why he loved Ellsworth and why a Smark would love WWE. I know there are many Smarks who are WWE-haters but no one can reject Edge's statement.

WWE Smackdown Live Show 15/11/2016

This was the 900th episode of SD. In this special event, we had another Miz vs. Ziggler main event-level match, the return of the Deadman to SD after 3.5 years and the Cutting Edge show. It was a much anticipated SD episode and it delivered as per the expectations.

Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan's Address:
This was a typical way to start the show for getting the crowd hyped up. Daniel filled the crowd with Power of Positivity. :P The crowd was ready to roll by this time.

The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler:
The pre-match segment included a powerful entrance by Miz. A man could not take his eyes of the Miz's wife, the ever-graceful Maryse. I still expect Maryse to show her wrestling skills in future if that is a plausible card for the WWE chairman to play in future. We were bestowed with a beautiful starting segment of the match. It was packed with intense action, quick and fast pinups, intense commentary. The Miz's taunt on Daniel Bryan was nicely executed ending with a Running Knee followed by a Skull-crushing Finale. Dolph's Zigzag was also nasty. It looked as painful as it was graceful. The final segment of the match followed by the celebration with Spirit Squad was wonderful. All in all, it was a delicious match for Marks and Smarks alike.

Backstage Promo of Alexa Bliss and Natalya:
Alexa has been cutting nice promos each and every time. In this episode of SD, there was no exception. Natalya too has been building up her gimmick utilising the available TV time aptly.

Oney Larcon vs. Kalisto:
Oney Lorcan, the NXT star, showed great fierceness in the initial segment. Thanks to the SD creative team, new talents are getting a good amount of TV time.

King Booker and Survivor Series Tag Team's Team Backstage Promo:
This segment was funny. "Breezango, you are the reject of POC cast, Can you dig that, Suckkaaa?" The 10-man team of the SD was strong and hilarious.

Nicki Bella vs. Carmella:
Carmella has been a real revelation. She performed her part with the show of apt fierceness. Nicki's struggle-segment was fascinating. She has worked on these minute skills with care. The build-up was slow. Nia Jax's power moves and Naomi's risky yet awesome jump were the most noticeable moment of the brawl between the Raw and SD women's team.

Spirit Squad-The Vaudevillains-The Ascensions-The Headbangers vs The USOs-Breezango-Americal Alpha-The Hype Bros (Accompanied by Heath Slater-Rhyno):
This was an enjoyable 16-man stipulation. It was an acceptable way to show the cohesiveness between SD's 10 men representatives in the Survivor Series. The crowd was going nuts with "We want Slater" and "We want Rhyno" chants. Slater has surely made quite a name for himself. :) Not only for Slater but for the Hype Bros, the crowd was loud and vocal to show their support. The Hype-Bros and the Ascension were delightful. Jason Jordan's power-show was amusing. But the most nostalgic segment of the match came when we got the USO crazy moment: the flying USOs. The USOs had used this move for the last time a long time ago. So, this move coming when they were heels, was a pleasant surprise.

Cutting Edge Show:
Edge was happy to be back. He has always been happy to host the Cutting Edge Show. Notably, someone in the crowd was chanting "Delete Delete" :D. The WWE creative board believed in James Ellsworth. He came to the ring with got the mic. OMG.. cool. The crowd was loud for Ellsworth, AJ Styles, Shane McMahon and the Deadman himself. Shane is indeed an extraordinary on-screen leader. He has been revolutionary back-screen already. One can't miss - Randy's stinging-stare at James Ellsworth when Ambrose and AJ Styles were talking. It was vicious. :P Undertaker's entrance, as usual, was the Holy shit moment of the entire night. I can see a future match prospective of the Undertaker and one of the performers from SD Men's team. The Undertaker will fight soon. Brace yourself. and Rest in Peace.

WWE Monday Night Raw 14/11/2016

The show begins with the stand out of the representatives of Raw Brand and a cool speech by Steph and Foley. Mick Foley dancing on Enzo's trademark steps was entertaining. This Sunday night PPV will be great. This episode of Raw, the last one before the PPV, was packed with amazing stipulations. Great chemistry was shown by Charlotte and Sasha in today's match. The same can be expected in Sunday's match as well with the presence of Bayley.

Sheamaro vs. Kevin Owens-Roman Reigns:
In the offset segment, Cesaro demonstrated various escape and jump skills. Sheamus' Battering Ram with the help of Cesaro was a little out of place but it was performed nicely. By the way, Cesaro's over-the-top-rope jump: picture perfect. KO copying Roman's taunts followed by his Cannon Ball just showed how magnificent an improviser he can be. Sheamus' Slaps to the chest of KO near the rope would make any Lazy Smark nostalgic, who followed WWE during the period when he was a face. Remember? We missed those shots in the Wrestlemania in his bout against Daniel Bryan which ended in just eight seconds! :P The end-match segment was neat and elegant.

Jericho-Rolins-Strowman Backstage Promo:
In this segment, Jericho gifted scarf to Rolins and Strowman in a friendly gesture. But Strowman tore Jericho's own scarf. It was a light, funny segment. Considering that it was Jericho's Promo, it was as charismatic as expected.

Bo Dallas vs. Sami Zayn:
It was a solid stipulation. Bo with his new gimmick has been able to show his real skills because of increased TV time in the recent past. Bo Dallas needs such matches. I wanted the match to last longer. Writers were depicting Sami as the man to beat in the Survivor Series, so this stipulation could not have focussed on how good Bo Dallas is performing. But I believe that Bo deserves to showcase his exceptional mic skills and wrestling skills more and more in each and every episode of Raw.

Cruiserweight Backstage Promo:
The cruiserweights have been cool. They have been agile and funny at the same time. Notably, Sin Cara and Kalisto reuniting after the Cruiserweight division joins the SD is a welcome-prospective.

The New Days vs. Jericho-Rolins-Strowman:
The New Day in the pre-match promo advertised their products in a pretty fun way. Mat fight segment between Xavier Woods and Seth Rolins was lovely. Double kick by Kofi and Woods followed by Woods blowing off  Francesca 2 turbo: classic New Day stuff, with a little flavour. Strowman delivered many OMG moves on Big E and Kofi Kingston outside the ring. These were perfectly executed. This was the 'Holy Shit' segment of the match. Later, Rolins pulled off a free fall over the rope with the help of Xavier Woods. It was clean, noticeable and classic. Overall, it was a fabulous match.

Paul Heyman-Mick Foley-Steph McMahon backstage promo:
Paul always gives formidable promo cuts. It was not an exception. Especially, Paul praised the SD talents and one can dare to say that was not overrated.

Charlotte-Sasha Backstage Promo:
This segment was fierce. These women are expected to deliver such top class backstage promos. They are certainly the leader of the Women Revolution in WWE.

Kendrick vs. Sin Cara:
It was an okayish stipulation. Kendrick exhibited his in-ring skills smartly. Sin Cara, per my perception, could have showcased more in this match.

Gallows-Anderson vs. Enzo-Big Cass backstage promo:
Enzo was having a lot of fun as usual. I love their gimmick. Anderson and Gallows have posed themselves as a genuine party-pooper team. It will be fun to watch their feud after Sunday's PPV.

Brock Lesnar-Goldberg in-ring promo face-off:
The entrance and the crowd response for both pro wrestlers were magical. Owing to their earlier match, many people predict that their upcoming PPV match will be a repeat of shitshow. But with an increase of Smarks and reduction of Lazy Smarks, we can expect a better crowd of Smarks and Marks which would produce a great match for sure. Goldberg has been practising his cardio. He was a squasher earlier. But recently, he has been more poised and has shown potential to fight longer. If these two guys put up a grand match come Sunday, it would be a happy memory for everyone. The crowd was quite vocal throughout the promo. But I was a tad bit disappointed as I expected a better conversation. Goldberg showed fierceness. But Paul cut a better Promo. He conjured up a good lot of "Goldberg" chants from the crowd which Goldberg himself couldn't have done. I am looking forward to the "The Fantasy Just Got Real" match.

Charlotte-Sasha Bank vs Alicia Fox-Nia Jax:
The match ended a little abruptly. I expect a lot from the women's division. Alicia and Nia could have displayed better performance. Similarly, Sasha and Charlotte also had lots of scopes to build the match up, on which they didn't capitalise. Despite the poor show in this match, I am sure they will give their best in the PPV. Bayley's act as a peace-keeper will be a fresh gimmick on Sunday.

Enzo-Big Cass-Gallows-Anderson vs Shining Stars-Golden Truth:
Enzo did a great in-ring promo playing with words. The match was convenient. Golden Truth and Gallows-Anderson produced nice moves as a team. The stand-off moment between Enzo-Cass and Golden Truth was quite funny. Similarly, the end segment was also amusing.

In-Ring Promo of McMahons and General Managers:
The crowd greeted Daniel and Shane quite heartily at their entrance. The Raw crowd open-heartedly accepted the SD's dominance. This Raw vs. SD scenario is different from what it was 10 years ago. The crowd is quite more learned now and has more Smarks. So it was expected from that crowd. The Charlotte vs. Sasha in the Hell in a Cell match was exceptional as Mick rightly mentioned. The 10-member face-off of Survivor Series men representatives was a Holy Shit moment for the WWE Universe. The crowd was going mad with chants of "AJ Styles". His promo was perfect. The bromance of Jeri-KO was hilarious. Jericho's promo segment was astounding. AJ Styles, AJ's hair and Ellsworth made the List of Jericho in this segment. Well, it was anticipated. :) The brawl segment was surreal with the wrestlers showing off their impromptu skill sets. This kind of ending to the show was a nice way to sell Survivor Series. Hope, it will be a great PPV.

TNA iMPACT One Night Only November 2016 (Against All Odds)

This episode of One Night Only was once again a combination of more than average matches, the missing storyline and a missing crowd. The crowd was not so vocal except the front row. TNA needs more voice from its fans to be a competitive industry.

Andrew Everett vs. Mandrews:
Mandrews needs to find a storyline with the Skateboard like Xavier Woods has with his Trombone. For now, I am not really sure why Mandrews brings that Skateboard. He needs to learn how to sell his passion. This was helpful for Mandrews as he got a good one-on-one match. He is a good player. He needs more exposure in the top card of X-division. The commentators were taking on Miz's comment in Talking Smack on high-flying wrestlers. The Miz in an earlier Talking Smack episode condemned how they shorten their career by taking unnecessary risks. But rest assured that neither the criticism nor the high-flying X-division matches will end soon. This is a topic to comment on. I will write something on it on a later date. The match, on the other hand, was quite technical. I am really glad for both entertainers getting more TV time. Mandrews kept on showing impressive landing skills in this match. The end segment and the part where Mandrews showed his nice move set followed by the near-3-count pin were Awesome moments of the match. The crowd kept on chanting on Earl Hebner "That was three". Earl Hebner is indeed the man to mess with. :P The performers put up a nice show. I am thrilled for Mandrews.

Sienna vs. Jade vs. Marti Bell:
This was a great triple-threat stipulation. Jade has been good. She is getting a good push which she deserves. Sienna must get freedom from her hardiness. Sienna achieved that in this match but still there are some gaps left to fill. Pre-match promo winner was Sienna. She delivered the promo greatly. Marti is still expected to better her shot-placing, falls and taunts. She must do better to survive in the Knockout division. The segment where Sienna and Marti were working together really lacked comfort and crisp. However, Sienna delivered the Silencer beautifully.

Mandrews backstage promo:
In this segment, Mandrews spoke about why high-flying is better than playing so-called safe games. He meant it literally for Andrew Everett. But it was also an answer to the Miz's criticism.

Trevor Lee vs Tyrus:
This was a fine match. Trevor Lee's style, Andrew Everett's role and Tyrus's taunts were good aspects of the match. Tyrus has been working well with his new gimmick. He still lacks some real mic skills. He needs some genuine matches too like this one.

Bromance-DJZ vs. Grado-Mahabali Shera-Eddie Edwards
The Bromance reunion during the pre-match segment was nostalgic. The promo of Grado was as usual fun. This match had two of the current champs. This shows how humble the TNA wrestlers are and this can be told for every TNA wrestlers who keep on busting off their ass day in and day out with negligible pay. Robbie E and Grado face-off, stare-off and hug-segment were remarkable. Grado and DJZ also had lots of fun during the match. Bromance's triple kick on Grado was picture-perfect. Similarly, another crazy moment was the collective-wolf cry. This match was no rubbish and all fun. Special Mention: Thanks to Grado’s dance in front of Raquel, we got to see Raquel's hurricane Rana on Grado. It was beautifully executed. :D

Eli Drake's backstage Promo:
This was awesomeness at its best. His taunted the Moose calls as the Dummy calls. I thought that I would also chant "Dummy Yeah" instead of "Moose" chants when the Moose's entrance music rings.

Bram vs. Bobby Lashley:
This match was the mitochondria of the episode with so much power condensed in it. Both entertainers performed greatly in outside the ring segments. Both of them created a couple of OMG moments too. One cannot overlook the apt use of Staircases by the wrestlers. The credit must go the creative team as well as the performers for giving such a wonderful match.

Moose's backstage promo:
Moose accepted that Eli was really an exceptional talent. There is indeed no doubt about it. Moose without "Moose" chants would not be complete. So, I changed my mind and chanted “Moose! Moose! Moose!” when he entered the ring. No one can’t argue about its surrealness.

Eli Drake's in-ring promo:
Eli tried his best to energise the crowd. Only a few people can do with the mic like E-Li Drake. :)

Eli Drake vs. Moose:
Moose's entrance was energetic with "Yeah" and "Moose" chants. I love his fan following and how powerful his entrance is. Moose's one-handed catch of Eli Drake and throwing him away: this segment showcased how powerful Moose actually was. The float-over DDT of Eli was exceptional. The match was excellent. Moose's dominant performance continued. He is getting a good push from his debut in TNA industry. I believe that TNA management will not regret pushing him. His mic skill is although not the best in TNA, he can compensate that with his moves and shot execution on any day you want.

TNA Hall of Fame 2016 Announcement:
Gail Kim is the most deserving candidate for this. I was quite happy when I learned that Gail Kim is the hall of fame of this year for the first time. She is the idol of beauty, consistency, experience, humbleness and responsibility. The chants from the crowd of "Thank You Gail" was not over-rated. She deserved that. Gail is actually the Game in all of the women's pro wrestling industry. Gail Kim rocks.

Laurel Van Ness vs. Gail Kim:
I liked Laurel giving her best in the pre-match promo segment. She has pro wrestling blood in her. The crowd booed her mic segment and pro wrestling skills. She will be a good heel in future. Laurel was good at delivering fluent moves, taunting during the match and taking control of the match. However, the commentary was horrible as usual... :( Gail needs to stay in TNA as long as possible. She is the best person to teach new knockouts on how to control/dictate the match.

Bram vs. James Storm:
We got our second Bram-match of the night. It meant a power-packed match was due. It was a slow-paced mat-based match. The beer-drinking segment was funny. Bram's Crossbody and the cow boy's Hurricane Rana from the top turnbuckle was near perfect.

EC3 backstage promo:
EC3's taunts in the backstage promo were impactful and pin-pointed at the Broken Hardy. He notably customised Matt Hardy's "Wonderful" to newly branded "Delightful".

EC3 vs. Broken Matt (Main Event):
Matt introduced EC3 pretty well in the pre-match segment. EC3’s re-entrance as Broken EC3 was the best set up for a Broken World Match. WOW! Brian Hebner was giving perfect expression. I have always been his fan. He has learnt a lot from his father and delivers his skills in an awe-inspiring way every time. EC3 and Matt did a great mirror segment in the pre-match segment. It was pure entertainment. During the match, EC3 did a beautiful Ric Flair-style free fall. Broken Ethan kept on copying the Broken Matt perfectly for the whole match. The most surreal moment of the match: Matt, EC3 and Hebner, all three of them did the Undertaker-way of breaking double count making it an amazing break of triple count out. Deadmen Rose. Chokeslam followed by a pin, EC3’s tribute to the Undertaker, was another sexy improvisation by EC3 or the writers. Whoever decided that segment, I applaud them.

TNA's monthly package One Night Only still requires some storylines and earlier telecast. Nevertheless, it produced few outstanding matches. So, let’s just hope that TNA doesn’t go bankrupt and they keep on creating this broken brilliance as per their convenience.

WWE NXT Show 09/11/2016

This was a nice episode where new tag teams of NXT establish in terms of their gimmicks. These tag teams and the products of Dusty Rhodes Classics would take WWE Universe's mark's brands Raw and SD by storm if they keep on showing their menacing performances.

DIY vs Authors of Pain:
The hard work of both teams and pre-match preparation was visible on in the ring. The four men made truly a symphony in turnbuckle to turnbuckle segment. Power show of the Authors of Pain was an essential portion of the match. Slaps, knees and boot strikes of Thomaso Champa were delivered with conviction and precision. The sound of each blow and probable pain caused by a couple of his shots must have increased the respect of Smarks for him. And how can we not mention the magical Rezar moment when he threw both Champa and Garganto at once. It was surreal and the whole match was indeed a stupendofantabulous match. The Revival's involvement in the match can't be ignored. They have established themselves as the best tag team in the NXT history. But they are still not ready for WWE universe's Mark fanbase. So this segment would fuel the Revival-DIY feud, which would be fundamental to give them nice send-off from the NXT and a good push.

SAnity vs TM61:
This match already broke the roof with the entrance of the SAnity. The insanity shown by SAnity is classic Eric Young stuff and I am glad that NXT writers could create some storyline like this for him in WWE. The match was power-packed. Eric and Nicki's involvement from the start of the match was a magnificent choice by the writers. I have fallen in love with Nicki Cross and her shrewd laugh. The ending segment of the match was very fitting and unexpected. I love the excitement that is brought by Eric Young. SAnity is awesomely holding up their gimmick from their entrance till the end of the match and even after the match.

Rachael Evers vs Ember Moon:
One could notice the blazing red eyes in Ember Moon's eyes all the time. Her fierceness and taunts are infectious. Ember graciously executed her forearm shots and knees. They were fast and furious. She has made her impact in the semi-squash matches. Now, it's time to get her a feud. She is bound to rise high.

Contract Signing between Nakamura and Samoa Joe:
The scene started with Samoa Joe showing his mic prowess. He played with words methodically when he mentioned the features of each and everyone. Nakamura's power bomb was picture-perfect. It is my job to bring to the attention of the Marks and Lazy Smarks how cool Regal has been as a prominent NXT Manager and a superb talent supporter. Applauds.
Looking forward to NXT Takeover dearly.

WWE Talking Smack Show 08/11/2016

I assume that Shane McMahon must have truly given this idea of including him in the Smackdown's Survivor Series of Team. Shane admittedly has been practising, in a great shape and has a great cardio as Dan and Renee said. So we are going to have blast in the Survivor Series.

Alexa Bliss:
She delivered her heat properly on the outcome of the match. She has been the woman who can take the women's revolution on her shoulders. Looking forward to the next match in this long feud.

Daniel Bryan will visit Raw next episode. One thing I like about Talking Smack is that Daniel has always been quite vocal and frank about his friendship and bias. He breaks the fourth wall all the time. In this episode, he talks about his friendship with Cesaro and Zayn who have been his friend during his stint on the Independent circuit.

Breezango:
They have changed their gimmicks greatly. They were funny and awkward. Also, they are making lists. You know, what happens when you make a list, do you know, what happens when you copy the style of Chris Jericho!!? :D

Cutting Edge and the return of the Undertaker will be quite crucial in the next episode of Smackdown. Daniel Bryan aptly said that the most amazing and chilling moment in WWE is attending the Undertaker's entrance. The intercontinental match has lots of potentials. I honestly want the Miz to win and represent the intercontinental belt in the Survivor Series. But I think that the writers have something else in mind.

Miz and Maryse:
OMG! Maryse went on babbling all night long. Maryse was good with the mic. But applauds to Bryan who just didn't help Maryse speak. Maryse was laughing all the way through the episode. The probable trading angle of Miz with Raw would help neither WWE nor the Miz. The writers will find it hard to design a feud for the Miz in Raw brand and Smackdown brand will miss Miz-Maryse's charisma.

As always this has been a stupendous show of Talking Smack. On last note, Renee was looking beautiful in that lovely dress. Similarly, Daniel Bryan's enthusiasm and energy were very captivating and infectious.

WWE Smackdown Live Show 08/11/2016

This episode was exciting and power-packed with high-drama and a high voltage main event between Becky Lynch and Alexa Bliss.

In-Ring Promo:
The show started with AJ Styles showing his celestial mic skills. The crowd was crazy for him. They were both cheering and booing him at the same time. The Scottish people made it quite clear that they are fans of Wyatt's family. But the show became a lot cooler after Ellsworth made his way. The whole WWE universe has become the fan of Ellsworth and rightly so. He is surely a beautiful pro wrestler, I mean literally.
Baron Corbin won't be anymore the potential wild card on Team Smackdown as Strowman is for Team Raw. But he led the show pretty well. Tthe whole show was packed with an incredible amount of drama based on him. Shane has created an aura from the day he has stepped back into the WWE arena, which is not dying anytime soon.

Breezango vs The Vaudevillians:
This well-designed stipulation was to decide the last team of Smackdown Tag Team's team for Survivor Series. The match was quite fast. The action-filled segments jointly captained by Eden English, Tyler Breeze and Fandango were amazing. This match was an awesome push for Breezango as a face. The crowd received them as face nicely.

Natalya vs Naomi:
This match was noticeable because the crowd was quite involved in the match. Natalya's act as a coach may seem silly. But she can transform her gimmick as the most significant one in only a single episode. I can guarantee that it would be captivating to see her performance in Survivor Series. I know I am repeating this statement, but because Natalya is so experienced and good at what she does, we can expect a great women's match in the Survivor Series.

Backstage Promo:
The presence of Daniel Bryan makes any segment superb as it made the backstage segment of Ambrose and Ellsworth. It was quite funny. Ellsworth mentioned rightly that the team JamesDean has indeed four hands and hence has more than a fighting chance. :D

Baron Corbin vs Kalisto:
Kalisto, the returning star, the high-flying phoenix was impressive. Considering their past rivalry, this could have been a good match but it was definitely a fabulous brawl. Baron started the match in a squash match fashion. Later, he executed his fall exceptionally. The segment finished with Kalisto fueling the past feud to put a statement like "Take a leg for a leg". I expect that this match was written to show that Corbin will now be shown as a domitable force owing to his injury. This segment also impacted the Survivor Series Team. Let's hope that we will see nice matches between Kalisto and Corbin in future.

Becky Lynch vs Alexa Bliss (Championship Match):
I expected that the Scottish crowd would boo Becky due to her Irish background but both women were so outstanding in the match that the WWE Universe was going insane. Alexa threw Becky to the turnbuckle and the stairs pretty powerfully and perfectly. Alexa's response to the referee's count, when she was outside the ring, was the same as her response towards the crowd's boo: SHUT UP. She has developed her character quite so magnificently! After Alexa worked on Becky's left hand, Becky lacked to show the pain when the tide turned towards her for a short while. But it can't lessen her efforts in the last segment where she showed her fierceness. The credit for the ending of the match again goes to the writers. This would elongate this storied rivalry between the two strong and beautiful women.

Backstage Promo:
The backstage segment of Shane, Dan and Maryse was pleasant. The stipulation between Brian Kendrick and Kalisto will be an Awwesome match. Can't wait for that match.

Curt Hawkins vs Apollo Crews:
This match was short and charming. The crowd didn't respond to the match well, but the pro wrestlers gave their best considering the time allotted to them. Apollo has kept on showing is flying skills. He is still learning but he has a lot of potentials.

Wyatt's Family vs Ellsworth-Ambrose-Kane:
The match was noteworthy and a must-watch due to the presence of AJ Styles near the commentator table. The rampage segment by Dean Ambrose with fast and free-flowing moves was enjoyable. But the best segment of the match was when Ellsworth showed his enigma when he tagged himself in. He brought the whole crowd and AJ Styles to their feet cheering for him. It was extra-terrestrial.

The show completed with YES chants and finalisation of the Smackdown Men's team. It was a beautiful mastery shown by the writers. Putting Shane in the match will represent Smackdown Men's Team as an adhered unit. It tilts my prediction a little towards Smackdown Men's team winning the Survivor Series Match. But the writers must have decided otherwise because of how the last Raw episode has ended. Nevertheless, with Shane in the match, it will be electric in the PPV this time. Again, applauds to the writers. Kudos to Shane for keeping the legacy of his father as a businessman-cum-pro wrestler.

Special Note: Next episode of the Smackdown Live will see the Undertaker and the Edge on the 900th episode of Smackdown.

WWE Monday Night Raw 07/11/2016

Someone from the McMahon family had to come to the ring to start Raw and sell Raw vs Smackdown clash. I think that Steph could have done it better, although the show is already on the must-watch list of all the Lazy Smarks and Smarks. Survivor Series is full of great competitions. So, people are expecting it to offer great matches. Steph welcomed all the Raw Men’s Team’s representers to the ring and announced Seth as the last member of Raw team. This guarantees that we will have some good chemistry in Men's Survivor Series match as some of the performers have spent lots of time on the road together and know each other’s in-ring capabilities better.
It is cool to note that Roman is still getting boos from the crowd. It may push the writers to make Roman a heel in coming future. The JeriKO segment was beautiful and the crowd was completely behind them. The fighting segment among all five members was awesome. I assume that we will see the Raw Men's team winning on Survivor Series in some fashionable and bizarre way. The main event of the day also suggested the same.

Brian Kendrick-Noam Dar vs Rich Swann-Sin Cara:
The home crowd welcomed the debuting Noam Dar with lots of love and warm cheer.
Sin Cara's Swanton, Swann's thunder jump and Noam's gunshot were the best moments of the match. But the best part came just after the match as the crowd got the taste of Kendrick's mic skills and Dar's athleticism which was missing during the match.
The stipulation of Smackdown vs Raw for the intercontinental match against Dolph is a great choice by the writers. It will be a big match, surely.

The conversation between the tag teams didn't have the fierceness. Sheamaro and the New Day showed good mic skills to get the crowd going. Still, I missed something. I expected that the New Day would at least mention last week's comment by the American Alpha. However, I have to say, the New Day wearing Scottish costume was superbly received by the crowd despite the fact that many people all over the world must have found it hilarious.

Gallows-Anderson vs the New Day:
Kofi showed that he is still good at his athleticism and kicks. Woods failed to create music from that bagpipes during the Unicorn Stampede. He was missing his Francesca 2. He really needs to work hard for the bagpipes because without music, the unicorn stampede can never be complete. Gallows and Anderson performed their act very neatly, so applauds to them.

The backstage segment between JeriKO and Strowman was awesome. Brawn Strowman's character will act as a wildcard in Survivor Series Match.

Golden Truth vs Shining Stars:
This match was well-paced. Gold Dust is still at his peak. Shining Stars are slowly but steadily building their characters. I hope, they will be able to show their best in the PPV.

The crowd completely hijacked the show during the Women's Team's introduction segment. The crowd was loud and was having so much fun that even Charlotte couldn't resist her smile. It was great to watch the humbleness of the performers.

Alicia Fox-Bayley-Sasha vs Dana Brooke-Charlotte-Nia Jax:
The match has a first segment with all three of the faces kicking Nia who was outside the ring without causing her any trouble. It was fun to watch. Bayley planting Charlotte on the mat near the ringside, Nia Jax throwing Alicia using her hair AGAIN, Charlotte's kick, Bayley's finishing move and the loud crowd were the most crucial factors of the match which couldn’t have gone unnoticed to the writers. They must take these women seriously and give them more TV time.

Sami Zayn vs Rusev:
This was a high-expectation match with Rusev having raised the bar due to his performance in the last PPV and Zayn being the local boy. Sami's over-the-rope jump on Rusev was nice. Rusev's kick and Sami's Helluva Kick were beautiful. Overall the match was a nice little package and perhaps this is the beginning when writers must have started considering to give a good feud to Sami and pushing him to the top cards.

Brawn Strowman vs Chris Jericho vs KO vs Roman Reigns vs Seth Rolins (Fatal Five-way):
This is a perfect stipulation even though they will be competing with each other soon. I guess, this match had the potential for the performers to better their chemistry for the PPV and they must have taken it to their advantage. We will see a good chemistry among the wrestlers of Raw Men Team, certainly. The move-sets shown by Seth, Roman and Jericho to take Strowman out of the ring was a singular segment of the match. It felt surreal. Similarly, JeriKO's attack on Roman followed by Seth throwing Jericho on Strowman who was lying on the table were really the ‘holy shit’ moment of the match. The front crowd were chanting "This is awesome" and they were not wrong. The finishing segment of the match was crazy, magical, funny and weird. :)

The Raw writers, if keep on scribbling such matches, don't need heavy powers such as Brock and Goldberg to rely on, that's for sure. After this Survivor Series, let those heavy powers not be the saviours of Raw, but the enhancers. Raw writers need to understand how cool the talents are that they own. They work daily with the same enthusiasm to entertain. The writers need to give them with some good stories or more freedom for building up their own story instead of letting someone gets obliterated at the cost of bad stories and part-time performers.

TNA iMPACT Wrestling Show 03/11/2016

It was supposed to be a hard task to get the title belt back from Lashley after the writers had shown him as a tough unstoppable force. Everyone gave their best to perform the task in the last stipulation of Eddie Edwards and Bobby Lashley. This episode of TNA had the potential to clear up the uncertainties around Lashley's future, build a potential feud for him and build a good story for the championship belt, but they couldn't build up upon last week's Cody-Lashley angle.

Both Brandy Rhodes owing to her previous work as a ring announcer and Maria were captivating at mic skill. Brandy was lacking fierceness, which I hope will be worked upon soon as she keeps on competing. Sienna planted Brandy to the mat pretty beautifully. I hope, the writers will give Sienna more TV time and longer matches in the near future as she has been learning and getting better.

Aaron Rex vs Jessie Godderz (Championship match):
The Impact Grand Championship, the newest title of TNA Wrestling, is certainly revolutionary for pro wrestling where we get to watch more in-ring technical skills. It will attract the Marks and Lazy Smarks. These matches are designed to get the wrestlers applauds fo each of their moves. The matches still miss proper ratings given by the judges. It has been better from the last couple of iMPACT episodes, though, but still, some gaps remain, which need to be filled for a top-class rating system that the writers have to work out. I can give some example of the bad ratings. In this match, the rating in Round 1 was 27-30. It was supposed to be around 25-30 or similar as the Round was never in the hands of Aron Rex. :/
Jessie has been using the opportunity given by the writers to exhibit his performance in the singles' matches in the best way possible. The Round 2 was great. It had the element of uncertainties with both Rex and Jessie changing hands while controlling the action of the match. The execution of the attack by the personal accessories was nicely orchestrated by the two wrestlers. In a whole, it was a great match. I can't wait to see who is going to be the next contender for the belt. The grand championship matches are indeed addictive. :D

Team X Goal Match
(Trevor Lee-Andrew Everett-Marshe Rockett vs Rockstar Spud-Decay vs DJZ-Mandrews-Braxton Sutter):
A triple-threat X Goal match was a remarkable stipulation. I love DJZ for his great idea to show the beauty in high-flying in a breath-taking non-stop manner. The match was AWWWESOME!!! I am quite sad for the shitty commentary and sorry advertisement announcements. TNA has to get some money to stop this obligation to commentate advertisements or at least just to get a good commentator. Coming back to praising the match, the writers have greatly shown the distinct rule of banning the ones who remain in the ring for more than 5 counts.

The story of Eddie has been craftily shown with real life moments of Eddie affecting his career so far and how he has become a top-card player. I still hope Davy Richards to get back soon.

Broken Hardy Boyz vs DCC:
The broken lady Reby is an awesome pianist and with Jeff's great song - "They will fade away and classify themselves as obsolete", the entrance was tantalising. I would love to watch this entrance into the ring each and every day. The DCC stable has a lot of speculations about who they can be. They played with their masks and coats on. So, it may suggest that their unmasking will be a big-money event. The match again went on as a street fight like the previous match between Decay and Broken Hardy Boyz. The match was played in Matt's brainchild - the broken world. Jeff and Matt are putting up a great show in these matches. This art of Matt to revive TNA is surely "wonderful". As a special mention, one must not omit the most experienced and active performer in pro wrestling. Do writers need someone to get beat up? Must he be a neutral person? Oh, then… you have Earl Hebner to do the part of being a victim referee…. :)

The promo faceoff between EC3 and Eli Drake was powerful. Eli Drake lacked his general charisma of when he talks with his dummies but it was okay because Eli Drake has already established himself in the hearts of millions due his all his recent awesome promos. It was EC3 who needed to talk and my personal opinion is he was successful in presenting his stuff to the crowd. On a side note, Eli Drake challenging the World Champion and may be winning has a high probability because Eli Drake has the ability to put TNA TRP sky-rocketing and that's not an insult, that a fact of life.

Eddie Edwards vs Bobby Lashley (Championship match):
In the initial minutes of the match, it seemed like it was going to be a squash match as Bobby was man-handling Eddie. The fall that Eddie took on the railings looked nasty and painful. Similarly, the duo showed some cool outside-the-ring skills. The over-the-rope jump of Eddie was serene. The power moves of Lashley and beautiful kicks by Eddie just made the day for the fans. The ending of the match showed how cool a referee, Brian, the junior, Hebner can be.

Overall the episode was great with an amazing main event. I am looking forward to Eli vs Eddie stipulation next week.

Important Note: Recently it was heard that Billy is having a sour relationship with TNA and will no longer work for TNA. It is quite sad. It shows how much debt TNA is in and how it cannot retain the people who built up the roster. Long live Billy Corgan and wishing you a happy and better future. And to the performers and writers in TNA, I request to keep on doing the great work. TNA, now under Anthem Sports & Entertainment, must invest tightly but properly to avoid fading away.
